HYDROSEEDING TECHNOLOGY
WHAT IS HYDROSEEDING?
Hydroseeding is the most efficient and cost-effective method of lawn cultivation and soil erosion control, as well as a method of reclaiming large hard-to-reach areas (steep slopes, road slopes, etc.) without lengthy preparatory work. It essentially means spraying a mixture of mulch, grass seeds and various additives that ensure optimal conditions for seed germination and root formation onto the topsoil under a pressure of 6 atmospheres. This method allows the mixture to be sprayed over a radius of 70 m from the machine. The water emulsion composition spreads the seeds and all the necessary nutrients across the area ensuring healthy and rapid grass growth.
HYDROSEEDING METHOD AND TECHNOLOGY
A special technique is used to spray a mixture for hydroseeding, which ensures optimal conditions for seed germination and root formation. A pressure of 6 atmospheres is used for spraying. A mixture of mulch, grass, nutrients and other materials is used. The method allows the mixture to be sprayed over a radius of 70 m from the machine.

After hydroseeding
Enables the creation of high-quality grass cover on steep slopes. The hydroseeding machine allows the hydroseeding mixture to be sprayed quickly over large areas and to ensure a quality lawn in hard-to-reach areas.
One-step;
Hydroseeding in two-stages;
Lawn hydroseeding is carried out by creating a specific mixture and spreading it using special equipment. The mixture contains water, seeds, fertiliser, adhesive materials, organic dye and other materials. The addition of the dye ensures that the area is covered evenly and no spot is missed. It is also environmentally friendly. The adhesive gel, in turn, has a protective function. It protects the seeds from wind, birds and precipitation.
It differs from the one-step method in that the ground is first covered with mulch (2-5 cm layer) and only then with a mixture of grass seeds and nutrients. For this purpose, a special hydroseeding machine equipped with a shredder and a fan is used.
WHERE IS HYDROSEEDING USED?
Hydroseeding is recommended for the following purposes:
General grass cultivation;
Greening of sports fields;
Greening road and railway slopes;
Erosion control and soil stabilisation;
Dedusting of dirt roads;
Soil reclamation after fires;
Reclamation of MSW landfills;
Reclamation of metallurgical production waste;
Reinforcement of water reservoirs, riverbeds, banks of watercourses;
Greening of vertical structures;
Greening of ecological steep areas
ADVANTAGES OF HYDROSEEDING
Main advantages of hydroseeding:
Simultaneous spraying of grass seeds and nutrients;
Creating the right environment for faster seed growth;
Protection of seeds and soil from leaching and drying out;
Ensuring uniform seed growth;
High productivity and reliable results;
Low material hydroseeding costs per 1 m2;
Minimal expenditure on labour;
Low equipment maintenance costs;
Lawn sustainability;
